Paul Garcia Remodeling

Took $14,000 from us the second week of January this year never pulled a permit to do our kitchen and bathroom. Fast forward it's now June 5th 2023 never started. We had everything delivered to do a full kitchen reno and full bath to shower reno. This scum thief rat bastard robbed us and could not give a crap.

Paul was communicative, and everyone on his team was detail oriented and polite. Budget was a big concern for us and he helped us figure out what was possible. We ended up redoing our entire kitchen and floors and couldn’t be happier with the results. It really transformed the whole house. When we reached out to various contractors for our renovation, Paul immediately stuck out from the others. He was very organized, reasonably priced and most importantly, responsive. So many other contractors would take forever to reply or not reply at all. All the workers have been respectful and worked well. This company is probably one of the worst I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service and completion of work. We started a project in early November with a completion date quoted by Paul of thanksgiving. Well today it is December 24th and we still don’t have it completed. The way he works is he sends all his subcontractors over and never really gets involved except through text. That is no way to run a business. He expected us to be home whenever his workers were available. We had to go and get supplies when it should have been the responsibility of him and his subcontractors to do this. Every day he would say they would be coming then it would be another text saying they can’t make it. They were going to leave things undone before we sent pictures that it was not done. Then he sent someone to fix it. I have never worked with a company that lacked the capability of communication. I plan on never using this company again. And I would recommend no one use them. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Paul and his team. Amazing prices and quality for what you get. Paul helped us every step of the way and took care of every detail. For me the most important thing in a contractor is communication and Paul did a fantastic job communicating with us and explaining things in a way that made sense to us. Also very clean crew and respectful of our home. We both work full time and had to leave workers in our home while we worked and nothing was missing or out of place. Any little hiccups that arose Paul took care of even if it took extra work or workers. We will be using Paul for more projects in our home and have recommended him to family members who have fallen in love with our new bathroom. If you are looking for a responsible contractor look no further then Paul and his crew. Service: Remodelling
