SCAM Ordered $100 worth of flowers but went to pick them up and there was no one working or answering any of the phones!

We had flowers delivered to us from the store and they were beautiful for two days.After that they died and flowers were falling off every day. We contacted the place and told him the story and he said sorry and was going to deliver fresh flowers to us.Well we never got any new flowers.We then called back and they never answered the phone or returned our calls. Disappointing.

Worse customer service ever!!!!!!! Placed and order for funeral flowers. Found out that I needed to cancel the order. I called back the same day and got no answer on the phone and a full voicemail. I finally get a hold of the guy the next day and he asks if he can call me back to get the credit card number again to refund and I have yet to hear back 10 days later. I call multiple times a day with him ignoring the calls and sending them to voicemail and still no refund! They are quick to charge but if something needs to be canceled they don't answer the phone. Do not buy from this company!

HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order one day prior for my grandmothers 95th B-day only to receive a response the day of delivery via email at 1:27 PM that they were unable to fulfill the order! Not even a phone call! I tried to call and no one answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this business.

Worst experience, Frank did not deliver flowers like promised for mothers day. Drove to address listed on website to find it was bogus. Canceled payment and started investigation. Do not use unless you want a total disappointed. I wish I could give a negative rating.
