Update: Dropping to 4 stars because after the 2 year warranty expired, there is something on the AC that is now defective and needs to be fixed. This as well as other stuff was caused by the new AC unit having a higher power than the previous one. This could have been avoided by a more in depth review and analysis of the air ducts, new vs old AC unit comparison, and AC unit area of this 30+ year old house, instead of just quickly selling and installing a brand new AC unit. It gives a bad taste, still, they are professional and have provided some possible solutions.
