Do not us this company. I used them for my move from Chicago to Fl. Worse experience of my life. A mgr "offered" to help. After multiple contact attemps via email, text and plhone call messages, he did not return any of them. In addition, they moved and are no longer returning my calls. Please do not use them.

Over charged 1000 and whoever they contract you to sucks. They try to tell me they need two movers well two moved me from my 1 bedroom 700sq but charged an extra 1000 because they stated it was an extra 700 added how is that when ur place is 700sq 1 queen bed not bulky I sofa bed kitchen table 4 chairs 2 TV 55 and 32 rest was clothes and it was extra heavy but on the other end unloading one guy moved me in yes confusion if I could give a hald star I would I already told ALL MY MILITARY PEEPS USE OTHERS COMPANIES

If I could give Zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They under quote and then smack with with a large bill 2 or 3 days before your move. They use thirds parties are even worse. Have an issue? Good luck trying to get in contact with someone. I have had two customer service reps and now I no longer can speak to anyone

Absolutely fleeced my ma. Took her stuff and then held it hostage for 7 months. Would not respond to her emails or calls about where her stuff was or when it would arrive. When it did arrive every single item was damaged or broken which was truly impressive. Worst Moving company in America, possibly the world!
