Paradise was responsive to our needs, they got a tech out to our house on a Saturday on time and got the ac unit working. Return at a later set date and time and replace worn out parts that caused the issue. Both visits they arrived on time, clean up after they finished the work. I'm very pleased with them and going forward will be the only Ac company I use. I highly recommend them. They were knowledgeable on my 2 stage ac cooling system.

I have used Paradise 6-8 times for plumbing and AC. I have been very pleased with each service they have performed. This last job was complex, but JD and Randy were true professionals and put me at ease. From start to finish they did the job well. They arrived on time, put me at ease, respected my home and even cleaned up! JD and Randy lived up to their mantra, "I'll fix it just like it was my own home". The same can be said for William and Saul who service my AC. I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend Paradise. You won't be disappointed!

I had 2 visits by Paradise during the 1st week of Sept 2021. Even though my very old hot water heat was impossible to drain all the water from (which made the tank very hard to handle/move), and then with many other obstacles related to the removal of the old hot water tank, Luis found work arounds, remained pleasant, professional, and still got the new tankless hot water installed. Same with Dillon! On a different day, what should have been a few easy faucet cylinder replacements so as to stop the faucets from leaking, Dillion was able to trouble shoot the real cause. After some investigation, he shared nothing was wrong with the cylinders, but he was able to determine that the base of the faucet was defective. He expertly installed a new replacement kitchen faucet. He explained what the issue (s) was, in a manner that I was able to understand. Thank you Paradise (Luis and Dillon)!
