Thank you to Peter and Valarie who made this happen. Both really nice and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Chase Roofing

        Gut renovations require an extraordinary orchestration of coordination, reliability, expertise, flexibility, and experience. Chase Roofing, with Lyle at the helm, played an invaluable role in working with all the subs to ensure the best possible result from a complex and often exasperating endeavor. Couldnt have done it without them. The roof is the literal pinnacle of this project - outstanding! Chase is a shining light in the world of construction. You would do well to seek them out.

        From start to finish Chase Roofing did an amazing job. Our salesman Philip Dray was amazing. He made himself available throughout the whole process for any questions we had. The staff at Chase was extremely polite and very attentive. They always answer your text or emails promptly. We are very happy we went with Chase Roofing and will definitely recommend them to others.

        I signed a contract with Chase Roofing in early November, but the job wasn't completed until April due to their permit contractors who failed to submit the correct paperwork to the city. Then, my contract indicated that they would install a gooseneck vent, but they didn't. They told me that it was generic wording on the contract and not specific to my project. That was very misleading. Who lists an item under scope of work to be performed on a contract and claims it to be generic? I should take them to court, but I don't have the energy. So, please do yourself a favor and make sure they initial under each item they will perform. I removed 1 star for not honoring the contract and 1 star for the delay in securing a permit. This is my honest review so you can make an informed decision.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We genuinely understand how frustrating delays can be, especially when it comes to something as significant as your home. The recent changes to building codes have indeed been a challenge for everyone involved, including us, building officials, and those preparing the permits. These updates can lead to delays that are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We even appreciate you checking throughout the permitting process. We felt bad for the impact this had on your project, so we made sure to advance your job in our queue as a proactive step to help offset these external delays. Again we apologize you are still frustrated.We also appreciate you pointing out the issue regarding the gooseneck vent. After reviewing this aspect, we realize the importance of being more explicit in our explanations, especially concerning what is included in our services. The wording Is standard because whatever you have existing on your house we replace. If there are goosenecks which are meant for exhaust, we replace those goose necks. If there is a vent stack we replace those stacks. Each is used for different functions and are not interchangeable. Your house has a plumbing stack, it either goes to a toilet or a sink. Plumbing relies on gravity to drain lines, and flush a toilet. Goosenecks are used for exhaust, such as a bathroom fan or a dryer. Since goosenecks weren't part of your original setup, they were not replaced.Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve how we serve you and all our clients.
