My husband purchased my engagement ring with that purchase came a lifetime warranty that if anything were to happen they would repair and or replace the diamond. Due to COVID then selling our home moving from NY to FL and life in general the 6 month inspection slipped through the cracks. Although I fail to understand how a 6 month check up would have prevented the chip...it wouldn't have! Clearly retaining your loyal clients is not a top priority for this organization! The worst customer service and employees are extremely condescending and accusatory. We cancelled our Kay's credit card and will never purchase anything from Kay's again.  If I could have made the star rating negative I would have!

Nice store, sweet staff. Especially Ilene! Went in today and I guess it was her turn to be up. Very sweet, didnt rush me, listened to what I was looking for. Wrapped it beautifully and I was on my way. Ask for Ilene when you go...otherwise youll get whoever is up!
