I told him that I needed both my inside and outside piece to be changed. he was very honest and transparent with his pricing and services. he had his team come do the job and they were perfect with timing and there services. Maurice came to my house and diagnosed two main issues, fixed it as soon as the part came in, and now I'm back in the cool A/C and happy!! He always returned text messages and was always on top of what's going on and when it would be fixed. This is my third house with them. Highly recommend them or I'd not be writing this.... WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Go with this company at your own risk. First, and older gentleman came out to the property and spent 4 hours trying to put in a motor, in addition to the motor, we purchased another part from only to find out it was old and rusted from another a.c. company. Why did we need another a.c. company? Because after spending tons of money and 4 different visits, the a.c. still does not work. STAY AWAY!! DON'T TRUST THE MANAGER MAURICE! They will assure you they will get the job done, only to do shotty work. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I called them yesterday morning for my 17 years old A/C froze up and the inside unit will not come on after it defrost. A service technician came out from the first A/C company did a diagnostic examination and told me it would cost me $$$$$ for a whole new unit. I thought the amount were a bit high. I called around to several other companies asking for an estimate quote based on the information from the first company. They all gave me a roughly ball figure. When I spoke to Mr. Maurice, he did the same thing and asked if he can come out to see the unit. His roughly quote is what made me decided to allow him to come out and see the unit himself. A few dollar the price went up because of a bad wire, he still beat the other prices with him seeing the unit. I liked that very much and I told him I will call him the next day. The next day I called Mr. Maurice and he kept to his word that he can install the A/C unit today. At 1117hrs , Stewart Air Conditioner were at house to start work. The workers were very professional and ready to work. They did not let the little rain disturbed them at all. The quality of work performed by Stewart Air Conditioner service were phenonium. The value for the equipment and installation, I saved $1700 . I am very please with the outcome and will recommend them to anyone that needs a good Air Conditioner company in the state of Florida. A business that cares about their customers wants and needs with affordable equipment and services is my type of Company. I appreciate you all, very much in handling this matter in a timely manner.
