Gregg's Auto AC Plus

The worst experience I ever had. They over charge my ac system. The wrong orifice tube was push way to far in.That they charge me 20 dollars for witch is a 4 dollar part. Almost had to buy another line because of it. They had no costumer service experience what so ever. Barely spoke. I would highly recommend to never go there.

Looking for a TRUSTWORTHY auto repair shop in the Arlington area? I found it! Gregg was friendly, professional, and on-the-level with what NEEDED to be done to repair my car's AC, without all the up-sell and BS of the major auto chain shops. He was able to fix my car's AC, which 3 separate shops (including 2 dealers) could not fix properly! Will definitely be coming back here again.

AC was not working for a while, they were able to get in and find the problem immediately. I don't think I have ever left a auto body shop so quickly with everything done as nice as it was.

Took it here for a quick oil change and detailing left 100% satisfied. They made sure to make ME feel prioritized and worked in a quick manner. The detailing work on my car looked almost brand new. This will not be my last time coming here.

Brakes on my car were very loose to the point where I felt as if I tried to use them again they would break for good. The gentleman informed me on how bad my car had been damaged and gave me multiple solutions along with multiple plan B's if the first option didnt work. He definitely seems like he knows what he is doing and will always be prepared for the worst. In a few hours I left with breaks working good as new!!!!!
