        I talked with Jamie on Thursday. She shot me a very fair price for a brake sensor replacement. I scheduled for Monday and with the mechanical expertise and people skills Forrest and Jamie got me out in less than an hour. They even went out of their way to accommodate me on a payment issue. I think I have found a home for my 2017 Passat. Thank you Wagen Werks team! You are refreshing in these odd times! Service: Auto brake repair

        This place is amazing. Jason really knows what hes doing when it comes to the dreaded Volkswagens and Jamie is really nice and knowledgeable aswell, perfect team!! Great place, very friendly, willing to answer any and all your questions and honest about what needs to be fixed. I wont be taking my gti anywhere else.         Recently took our VW TDI here for a diagnostic scan. Honest and thorough. I called the office at one point and hung up after a few rings and the receptionist (her name was Jamie) called me back very soon after, which surprised me (in a good way!) I have worked as a receptionist myself and I appreciate the quality customer service. We will definitely return in the future.
