This was first time coming to this location the manager was very nice and helpful and great customer service I will definately come back to this location and recommend them.

After going to another establishment for a brake job estimate first thing this morning and calling around to see how quickly I could get the job done because the initial estimate was totally outrageous, I called Brakes 4 Less and spoke to Jennifer who got me in @ 11 am to have my vehicle looked at. When I arrived I was greeted by a cheerful Mr James Brown. He was honest in telling me that the work load they had ahead of me but would get to mine as soon as they could. James contacted within the area and gave me the skinny on what was needed. Instead of an almost 800 dollar front end brake job I was initially told by the first place, James quoted a 4 wheel brake job for 500 less and with a lifetime warranty. They got the job done and I was never more pleased. James treated me with the utmost respect. I have a few more things I need looked at. I’m definitely returning to the San Jose Blvd location.
