They delivered a well built shed and put it right where I needed it! These guys are great to work with and will get you a solid outbuilding for you property. Their shed floors can hold more per SQ. IN. than all the other comparable ones on the market.

Shauna was very polite and made the ordering process great. Unfortunately when I got the shed it didn't it didn't have the lofts. I ordered the barn style shed so the lofts were very important. I called to complain and they did send someone out but it took almost 2 weeks. Shed looks great and I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a $3;500 shed and the salesman in Jax was very nice, the shed arrived in a timely manner. Once it was installed on my slab and the guys left I went inside to view it. I was disappointed in some of the workmanship. I took some pics and when I went to pay for it 2 days later, the salesman asked for my pics so he could pass them on to the construction crew. It took 13 WEEKS for anyone to get back with me. They showed up at my house twice, both times unannounced and when I wasnt home and wanted to see the shed, asking me what was wrong with it. I had assumed they had gotten the pics and KNEW what was wrong. After the 2nd unannounced visit I called my salesman in Jax and flipped out! We had several back and forth conversations and he said they could only give me $100 off the price and they could come and take it back and refund me 100% of my money. This is an 11x18 shed now sitting in my yard. I told the salesman no, I would keep it and would come in Monday to pay for it. I decided I wasnt going to fight with them any longer and get this TERRIBLE customer service. I paid for the shed, minus the $100 bonus they deducted for me. I get home and not 10 minutes later a trailer shows up at my house UNANNOUNCED and the guys tell me they are here to take my shed away! I was immediately pissed off and told them I had already paid for it, offered to show them the receipt, which they politely declined. I called the salesman back and unfortunately I semi lost it with him. I wanted to know how his boss got off sending a truck to my house unannounced and decided by HER (no discussion with ME) to haul it away. This company has awful terrible customer service....13 weeks it sat in my yard with no one but the salesman contacting me, obviously wanting to get paid. He KNEW and was OK with me not paying for it until I was satisfied. I just decided to let it all go but I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, NOR SHOULD YOU!
