This is our best opportunity to thank Mr. Ashwin Sharma, to help our family during this unfortunate situation. Due to Covid -19 we were unable to find a business and because of this we were out of status for long time. While filing the extension, we contacted Mr. Sharma, but due to his busy schedule, he requested us to look for another Attorney, as this case required lot of time. We started looking for other attorney's but many of them refused to take our case, as they thought it was not possible to win the case. After long search we found another attorney. They charged us a good amount of fees and in return we were expected them to work on our case. Our extension was filed and after the first RFE we were asked to pay fees of $1500 to reply it. We had no choice but pay them. After all this, our case was denied as there was no professionalism in their work. Our last hope was Mr. Ashwin Sharma and we requested him to take our case back. He studied our case well and then found out all the ways he can explain USCIS that we were not at fault.
