        I got car insurance from this company until I could find better insurance. I paid for 6 mos in advance and then when it was time for renewal Safeco went up $100 more dollars. I did not get a notice and if I had not called I would not have known abt the increase. Then when I cld for help, I get this rude receptionist Lily, who thought it was all right to be rude so I asked to speak with an agent, then she hung up on me several times. I don't find cust svc like that to sit well so I am letting others know abt this. I got new car ins that saved me $300. and I switched. Do not put up with bad cust svc, you will always find better. In response to the owner, both Lily and owner are liars and I will never do business with this company again.

        Paul was the most patient, helpful, and understanding agent that I can imagine. Until I discovered insurance wagon's services I was beyond frustrated with other agencies. As a result I was even uninsured for some time (NOT an experience I would recommend!). I can not thank the folks at Insurance Wagon enough for all of their help!
