We had Chris and his crew cut into the slab of our house and change out the sewer line the week before Christmas. Talk about a stressful undertaking. He and his crew handled it with such finesse that they removed our stress and made the whole thing surprisingly easy. As soon as we met Chris, we knew he was the right guy for the job. He was kind and courteous, detail-oriented, and followed up on all items discussed. That was not just a show to get us to sign the contract. He and his whole crew were like that the whole way. Chris always kept us informed of what was going on and what the next step would be. He would answer every question we had and make sure we felt comfortable before moving forward. It was one of the best contracting experiences we have had. We are already planning to use him again on other big projects.

Very impressed with the service team. They were delayed by traffic and gave us a heads up. They diagnosed a tank leak in one of our toilets and we elected to have it replaced. They were quick, and did a detailed clean up. Can't speak highly enough of this company. Service: Toilet repair
