Although I originally gave them 5 stars I unfortunately have to rescind that. After we shoveled out all the chips from the stump area it turns out a lot of the stump is still there. After months of calling and trying to get them back out to finish the work we have never received a call back - they were paid in full. The tree removal was fine.

Pro Master did an amazing job cutting down 2 trees for us, as well as removing several stumps. Very professional service, done in a timely manner and excellent quality work. We would recommend to anyone!

Quick response with a reasonable price, excellent that they had the machine to fit through the gate to my back yard. Very professional .

I don't normally do this but please and I repeat please DO NOT use Promaster Lawn and Tree Service, LLC. They are a scam and I am reporting this business to the better business bureau. I work too hard for my money! I called originally on July 2nd for a quote to have 2 tree stumps grind up and some removal of branches over my roof. During the hurricane last year 2 trees fell down on the home behind me, long story short my neighbor came over and insisted I had the removed. I called 3 places and got 3 different estimates. In the process of doing this my neighbor ends up having the portion of the 2 trees that was in his yard removed so I got a 2nd quote and of course went with the most reasonable offer. WRONG choice! So this company Promaster Lawn and Tree Service seemed to be very professional and the most affordable. They came out did the work while I was at work and told me they would not remove the grindings, that it will eventually go down after time. If I wanted him to do this it would be extra $$$. My son is here so he did it. After he started to spread the dirt, mulch (grindings) up, he realized the stumps were not completely removed and the neighbor told my son that the crew left early because it started raining. I immediately sent a text to Mr Miles, he didn't respond to the text but he called right away to tell me he would come back by and take a look and that his machine was unable to get to one of the stumps due to my fence. Excuse me but you didn't reduce my bill at all nor did you offer that information when you told me the job was completed. I have since called and been put to voicemail. I even spoke to another employee who insisted that I was not forgot about and they were working at another job. You got my money and yet I have not got the job done, why and I've paid! I should have known better when I got the receipt and it doesn't even have the stump grinding box marked as work that should have been completed. Please do not use this company. Unfortunately, I now have to find a reputable company and spend more money to have the job done. It's ashame when you try to support small businesses, you can't! Lesson learned!
