Awful experience; from the sales process to getting our tag and registration to possibly not getting what we paid for. A sales person text me a quote after I was on-site. We come back to purchase the vehicle and another sales person gave us a price $2,900 above the previously price. He couldn't understand how we could be concerned/confused/upset. Took us more than 11 phone calls to the dealership, 2.5 hours at the DMV and almost two months (30-days without a valid tag) to get our title, registration and tag corrected. I can only assume it was because the salesperson didn't like the fact we tried to hold him to their word on price? We are having the vehicle inspected- there's documentation in the glove box that says the previous owner had their oil changed (matching VIN#) at 42k miles. Strange since we purchased the car with only 7k miles on it. We'll never return and will have another dealership do the service if we end up keeping the car pending vehicle inspection and what ever an odometer investigation might require.
