I have only been here once, but I found some great finds! The woman working initially did not greet me, or offer to get me a fitting room, but once the store cleared out and I was the only one there, she checked me out and was very friendly.

I have had very mixed experiences here with the staff and buying of my items, which is expected at a retail shop. Overall good selection of items to purchase at good prices. Decent offers given for items purchased from you. Mainly writing this review to let others know the business hours on Google are wrong. Due to staffing issues, they are closed on Monday. Tuesday - Saturday they are now 11am - 5pm. I drove all the way there today to learn this the hard way.

Like any used clothing store the items you may come across can be a great deal or just trash items that you wonder why they even took. About three years ago I went to the location off of San Jose and experienced amazing customer service, clean store area, and an abundance of high-end used and new items. I was blown away. I go in today to sell a brand new (with tags and still in the plastic wrap from shipping) an in-season Vineyard Vine sundress. The retail price stated on the tag is $188. I also brought in a still wrapped Michael Kors leather bag with the retail price of $120 as stated on the tag. The attendant had the audacity to offer $35 cash or $43 in-store credit for the two items which valued at $308 full retail price. I understand offering a low price because they still need to profit from selling the items, but come on. I was prepared for a $60 offer, not $35. Save yourself the time and sell anything yourself via FaceBook Marketplace or another site. This place is the new Platos Closet.
