I purchased an e-gift card for my sister on Jul18 for her birthday. She went to the store and the e-gift card had a zero (0) balance. I called and made them aware of what had transpired. I was informed that they saw were it was sent to her and the amount. The agent consulted with the manager and stated it had to be escalated to headquarters and I would be notified via my email within 3-5 business days. It is now August 4, and I still dont have a response. I called today and was told they have to submit another ticket with a new claim # and it would take another 3-5 business days. She stated i was being escalated again. Both agents were very friendly!

These ladies in this store, really knows how to do their job very well. They help you find outfits just for you. People just doesn't take the time to help any more and a pleasant attitude. Thank you
