At the beginning of April Ultra Cutz broke a tile on our roof. We were told they would return to fix it. After multiple attempts to reach them, weeks later they came back but they had the wrong tile. The owner is no longer responding to our texts. It has now been an entire month and we still have a missing tile on our roof. We understand mistakes happen and we were not upset about the broken tile until we realized we are going to have to pay for it ourselves.

They did work for neighbor did not want to stay off my property cutting my tree branches. The guy called me a nasty butch very rude in professional. Had poor equipment when boss showed up they lied to him don't hire these people

They did a great job for me at a very good price. Very courteous and cleaned up my property after the job was done. I'm a very satisfied customer who would definitely recommend to others.
