Continental Ins. Brokers V - Auto Insurance In Miami

The place is a bit hard to find, there apparently is only 1 agent on site which is ok. He was very helpful I think he is also the owner. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I actually switched over to his agency because he found me a great deal that I could find nowhere else, and also gave me some great financial advice. At the end, I was glad I took a chance, and that's what it really takes a chance, and at the end I was a very happy camper.

Very great experience dealing with this auto insurance. I didn't think they would accept me because of my driving record but they did. The man I spoke with was very pleasant and kind and also very helpful. The rates are reasonably low so I liked that a lot. Great pricing and amazing customer service, what's not to like? Thanks for all the help! :)

Thank you for the great service, Continental! I do not usually take time out to write reviews online, but decided to do one for this company because I am so pleased with the auto insurance on both of my cars. One of my friends recommended me to Continental Insurance. I decided to check the company out, and then went on to give them a chance. I can tell you that if you are looking for auto insurance with good customer care and reasonable prices, then Continental is the place. The company that I switched from did not provide the high level of customer service that I received from Continental. At Continental, the agent is very responsive. He found really good rates on both of my cars and I feel like he really values me as a customer. I like how I was treated from the very beginning. I highly recommend Continental and will refer anyone to them. In fact, I recently referred my brother and his wife to the agency for their auto insurance.

I have to say that this company is amazing in all aspects. I got some great deal with it and I decided to take it right away. The service provided is absolutely high quality and professional all the time. I have spoken with their customer service agents and they were very friendly and they helped me right away with my issue; the customer service is great and they responded immediately. Well, I saved a lot of money by accepting their deal for my car insurance. The service is perfect and I'm very glad for dealing with these guys. Keep up the good work and it is highly recommended.
