        Went to open an account at 4pm. Was told you need an appt and to call main number. Called main number and they said no you don't. Walked back in with the representativr on the line and another lady said , you don't need an appt. He just has someone before you and it's already 4pm and we close at 5pm. Blatant lie, not a good start CITI Bank.

        Please avoid this location. The branch manager (Carlos E. Gort) is useless. He will not be able to help you in what you need. He will use false excuses in order to avoid serving you as you deserve. Horrible service!
