        Big store, well stocked, nicely organized. Lots of parking spaces. The employees were not very friendly at all though, one of them bumped me whilst on their way to restocking and didn't even apologized and the person at the cash registered was not very friendly either. If it weren't for that, this would be a lovely store to visit.

        They work very poorly. I bought 4 candles and ordered 4 independent gift bags. They told me they couldn't give them to me because they didn't have enough. And the bags were available at my sight. I asked for a refund of my money, and they preferred to lose a business of more than 72 dollars than to give me a bag for each candle that I bought for 4 gifts. The only 5-star service I received was from Cristina, an employee with excellent customer service. 136 aven 120 st kendall.
