I used Tikki beach for an event I threw back in May. Jen was very nice. I had some issues, but Debbie got on top of it and took care of the issue right away. Will be using them for future events in the future.

Tried to get a quote for my wedding for weeks, emailed, called, received an email saying they will get back to us and never did, left many messages, and spoke with someone that said i needed to wait for the sales person that responded the email. obviously not planning with them anymore.

I honestly can not say enough about how great my experience was. From day one when we reached out to Debra Dawson for a tour of the yachts to the last day of her running around to get red bull for my guests at my wedding, she and her team are incredible! 5 stars does not do it justice. Very friendly and professional, I never doubted their ability to make my dream wedding a reality or ever felt like I was bothering with all of my questions. She made my family and myself feel comfortable to reach out to her for any questions or concerns. As for the day of my wedding...WOW. I am not sure where to start. I had a team of dedicated people, Jasmine, Stephanie, and I cannot remember the gentleman's name. Plus the amazing staff on board, that were at your service with a smile... always. I work at a Ritz Carlton in events and they reached, (if not exceeded) the service level they provided. If you want a birthday or wedding as special and as memorable as mines I would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Debra and Venetian Lady staff! I know myself, my husband, and all of my guests will not forget what an incredible night my wedding was!
