I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at the service received with ECFS. I was unfamiliar with the process of making a change to an entity but after speaking with Yanet, I was provided with information to help ease the urgency. She is amazing and definitely cares about her clients. Something that would've taken up to 20 days to process was taken care of in 2 days. There was no need to go to Tallahassee like I was previously informed before speaking with Yanet. If I ever need service again I know exactly where to look and who to speak with.
