I had an electrical problem. Car would not start. Julian @ Wrench was prompt, professional, and diagnosed a problem that was missed by AAA. The platform is very user friendly, and sends periodic alerts. Considering the cost of towing, their price was worth it. I would not hesitate to use Wrench/Julian again. A+++

Wrench was great for my battery replacement. They kept in touch with me throughout the process, informing me of a delay for my initial appointment because they knew they'd need a part and the store wasn't yet open. So much better than waiting until they got here to find out they'd have to leave and come back. I was able to get my battery replaced by a professional for the cost that the battery alone would have been at an auto shop nearby, and this saved me the walk in the heat. The appointment itself was quick and professional, and I'm confident the job was done correctly. Very happy with the service, and definitely considering it for the future, even for things like oil changes and other routine maintenance. Service: Battery
