        I bought in the store a coat to take to israel . I was there for 3 weeks and could not use the coat because the sales person forgot to take the sensor out and it was alarming everywhere I went. I had to buy another coat in israel . Went to the store asked to get a credit for all of this mess and the manger refused to give me any cupón instead she offer to replace the coat , like this is going to make a change now ! I was in shock and the rest off the buyers in the store too! Shame on you !!!

        No help. I sent my friend there because I’m a lululemon addict and she was not assisted at all. She had to ASK for help!
