The incompetence of this Bank is like nothing I've ever experienced. From the never less than 45-minute wait time on the phone to rarely getting resolution, I promise you're going to get many, " let me speak to my manager" responses. I get daily wires(which we all know you have to pay extra for), they hold them until the end of the day every single time despite their 10am and 3pm processing schedule. Now when I call at 4pm because it hasn't come in yet, to make sure they've got the paperwork which I already have the confirmation number for so i know they've got it, it magically gets processed only for them to get back on the phone and say ma'am you've already received the wire. Not a coincidence! .............. Why you ask, because when I don't call it doesn't get processed until the next day but I pay for same day wires! Now if I get a wire on Friday, forget about it they hold it until Monday. Verifying your account HA I counted today............ 7 verification questions SEVEN. So it goes like this: Hi how can I help you... XYZ ..... 7 questions....... ok now how can I help you today. But I've already explained how you can help me so now I have to repeat myself because the verification process took so long you forget what I said 9 minutes ago. Ok Chandra 1 more time for the people in the back of the short bus. Online chat is a joke: please call the location and wait/waste AT LEAST 45 MINUTES, why have an online chat if the NPC can never help you? How about in person HAHA. This place is always empty with an NPC at their desk on their phone. E-V-E-N-T-U-A-L-L-Y they will call you in, its empty, every time I go, NPC's eating shiii behind the counter, why am I waiting? Is it protocol to make people wait? It has to be because the 1 lady sitting waiting said she's been there for 20 minutes and it's just me and her, and every office has an NPC sitting in it clicking away. You've been warned, the incompetence of these NPC's is surreal.

Went into branch a couple weeks ago to take care of a transaction was there for a long amount of time received a letter 3 weeks later apparently that transaction was done incorrectly by the branch had to call three times was on the phone waiting for customer service no less than 25 minutes each call the last call was 50 minutes.. I will say the stuff was very attentive but the long wait for customer service attention was unacceptable

Every-time I try to go inside the bank for questions or anything simple I have to sign in a waitlist of 10 or 12 people for an associate to assist you. Theres not enough staff to assist you at anytime of the day. Banks are supposed to help the customers not make them wait 1 hour for simple questions. Customer service at this federal credit union has gotten worse. They always blame Covid. No excuse for good customer service.

If I could leave this review without giving any stars I definitely would! This is the worst credit union I have ever experienced in my life. Today was the final straw! As soon as something I am doing good is done I am leaving this bank! I have also taken the time to file a complaint with consumer affairs about my issues! Today I came to withdraw money from my business account, which I have both checking and savings. They tell me I cannot withdraw from the checking account. What is the point of that?! This same institution reported me on checking systems AFTER I paid a previous balance that was due. They waited until almost a whole year after and then started holding my checks because of them being on check systems. I have plans to leave this bank soon and lord willing it will come sooner than later.
