Orion Press | Design, Printing, Direct Mail

I can't even give one star but in order to post a review I had to. Received an "official" looking envelope addressed to my manager and company (2 of them) with "important confidential information about your contractor license expiring on 8/31/2022" in bold print on the front of the envelope. The return info is from Florida Roofing Licensing... when we open it up...it's an advertisement for direct mail services. Disgustingly deceptive and poor decision by Orion Press. Now we would never consider using them! Nor would we deceive our potential customers by sending direct mail disguised as something else.

Horrible company. I called to get a proposal Matias who they say is the owner/manager would put me off giving me a proposal called him for three straight days in a row. Bad customer service would not trust them with an order if they can't even provide a proposal in a timely manner or keep their word.

Great customer service and product! I ordered some business cards that turned out amazing despite not knowing what style I wanted to go with. Thankfully the team at Orion Press has an extremely talented graphic designer that formulated my ideas into a creative design that fit my brand perfectly. A pleasure to work with and highly recommend.
