First off they never answer the phone. I called while in the store and no answer as well as no customers in store because it was raining.

Whoever hired the current manager there needs to be fired because she has no customer service. She is very nasty, very menacing and has no sense of help. I need to understand how someone who barely speaks. English is in this position and has no regard for how she treats customers who are shopping their daily. It seems that she believes every person who walks through the doors of CVS are coming to steal something from there even though you are someone who goes there frequently or shops there almost daily. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years and I have been coming strictly to the CVS to fill my prescriptions pick up last minute items and other things alike now because of her presence I hate coming in there because she is just so disgusting. I need her gone ASAP.
