The box was delivered sometime on May 6. My neighbor emailed me to say a box was at my front door on May 7. I went home from the office to get the box. I live in Phoenix AZ Over 100 degrees last 2 days. Need I say more. Any Vistaflor number is not being answered. Not happy. Do you not advise people of a delivery?

Received a gorgeous floral arrangement the Friday before Mother's Day of this year, 2019. The packaging was incredibly stable and sturdy; it took a lot of effort to remove the flowers from the shipping package. The flowers themselves were fresh and beautiful and most of them lasted for about 2 weeks. I removed the last of the flowers from the container and disposed of them yesterday, May 29, 2019. I am very impressed with this company!

I received flowers for Mother's Day yesterday May 10th, 2019. The box was upside down on my porch when I got home at 4:30pm. ..half of the flowers and greenery had fallen out of the green foam stem holder when I opened the box. The box was NOT marked 'THIS SIDE UP' or something similar. The directions were down in a side slot of the packing, so I did not see them at first; however it would not have mattered since I had to put the arrangement back together anyway. I'm in CA; flowers were probably thru COSTCO, Indianapolis as that is where my daughter lives...and she sent them. I will be contacting COSTCO to tell them how sad this product was!!! She should be refunded her money!!

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered flowers from Costco 2.5 weeks ago to have them delivered by today (Friday) for a wedding tomorrow. Vistaflor dropped the ball and did NOT get them shipped out in time to arrive on the correct day. When I called they lied to me about the reason it was delayed and told me they would be delivered the next day by 1:00 pm. After contacting Costco they told me that they just got to customs and it would be 24-48 hours before customs would release the item to UPS. When Costco contacted UPS they stated it more than likely will be Monday before I got them. That don't help when the wedding is at 12:00 on Saturday This company has some serious piss poor planning issues. I will never order anything again that I know will come from them!!! Thanks for making an already stressful day 10x worse!!!!
