        Ordered flowers online and a gentleman, Mark called my cell and was very rude on the phone about how he couldn't deliver the flowers that day. I cancelled the order. There are too many flower companies that actually want your business. I was able to get another florist in the area to do same-day delivery since Cypress gardens was very rude on the phone. Flowers are supposed to make people happy...their goal should not be to piss off potential customers.
