    Horrible experience and ruined my event. They did not notify or email me that my flowers were not being shipped. They never arrived and I had nothing. It was very hard trying to get a hold of anyone at this company. I still do not have a refund.

    I ordered and paid for 150 assorted pink colored roses (3 batches of 50 each). Only 72 were delivered the day before the event. Global Rose does not accept phone calls, only emails. I have not heard anything back in response to my email.

    Response to Global Rose: Perhaps you did not read my review correctly. There are no good or bad flowers because you NEVER shipped them, twice. I ordered 400 roses the first order and 250 the second. You did not send me a tracking number so it was pretty obvious I was not getting the roses I ordered and paid for, over $800 that you kept. There are NO pictures. After two months and dozens of emails someone responded stating they would open an investigation immediately and issue a refund. The email was signed Customer Service Director. It has been 10 days and I still have not heard back from that person or any other Global Rose Associate. I gave up trying to contact you by “Chat”, it appears it’s all automated at this time. Filling a complaint with the BBB is the next step. You have a lot of very angry previous customers filling complaints in FL and nationwide to help facilitate the process, trying to get you to issue a refund/return money. Original Review, Ordered twice, they never sent product. They do not have the flowers to send but are still allowing people to buy them on their website instead of putting sold out or taking items down. They have no phone operators available and they don’t answer emails. Extremely disturbing,

    I live in Florida and because of the heat I had concerns to order flowers online but the fact that they are located in Miami and I received the delivery from there the last few times I ordered 75 XXL roses for my wife’s birthday. I was totally shocked when I received the shipping confirmation from FedEx 4 days before the delivery was scheduled. Long story short, Global Rose swiped the roses not the short way from Miami (which was the case in my last few orders) they shipped the roses directly from Columbia. After the flowers arrived most roses had brown and hanging heads and doesn’t look nice at all! I contacted the customer support immediately and there response was: “…this is total normal they could be a little bit dehydrated and I can remove the brown petals if I like…” Really? I have to peel of the petals on 75 roses? No excuse, no refund or replacement? This is what you can expect from Global Rose! @edit 08-21-2021 ...in their response you can see that Global Rose does not even read the reviews before posting there standard reply. As I wrote in my review, I had already contacted customer suport and received their response to my complaint. Tis shows exactly what I'm talking about, verry sad!

    If you are thinking of ordering flowers from GlobalRose, DO NOT. After my order did not arrive on its "guaranteed date", I contacted customer service via their Chat. Our event is on a Sunday, I was told the flowers will arrive on Monday. When I requested my order to be canceled and money refunded, the customer service agent stated they did not have that authority and directed me to another website where my claim would be "reviewed" and they would "get back to me". The agent also informed me I needed to include pictures of the rosed in order to get a refund. A quick question for GlobalRose: How do I take a picture of roses I do not have??? If I had the roses, I would not be asking for a refund. This company is out of touch with their customers. Do not buy from them. Stick with your local florist instead.
