Dont stay here if you have a flight that gets in late and you need to get up early for the next flight. The hotel will not provide you with a shuttle before 6 AM and you will have to pay $40 to get an Uber to the airport. This hotel sucks or maybe it is just Miami!

The free breakfast was not up to par. They should upgrade it a little.

Do not park in parking lot. Roof collapses and cement then forms on your car permanently destroying your car. They retroactively charged for parking when they said it would be waived. Arrived at 5am from 12hr trip they didnt know how to program keys hands full 3 times and couldnt get into room had to be escorted in. Requested cleanings and they would make it difficult to get and skip you. Lots of problems definitely not worth Marriott brand corporate should look into revoking their license. Hotel is trying to conceal insurance information for damage caused by collapsing building to vehicles. You can never find a manager on duty but it seems they just lie and tell everyone to lie about their hours. Rooms had bugs. Hallways smelled like pot smoke. Rooms have no windows or ventilation hard to breath air especially if have allergies. Dont expect any customer service. Avoid at all cost.
