Went in person to purchase a "hazard business insurance" they did not know what it was in a very patronizing way the gentleman said that if I did not own the building how could I get an insurance for hazard business insurance including wind damage. At any rate someone recommended that I call an agency and got it done.

Terrible service. A guy named Roberto answered the phone and had refused to cancel my insurance policy. He was extremely rude and very very unprofessional. Telling me that the lady from my insurance company “estaba fumada”. I asked to speak with another person from this agency and he stated he was the only one working there. I gave this review one star because i had to choose atleast one in order to write this review. Do not recommend.

Roberto and Martica from this agency was super helpful and polite. He made it easy to find the right coverage.I must say it was a total great experience getting insurance here.

They are not responsable, no profesional,they don’t work as team .they forget to cancel my auto payment for my the old company when I had a new insurance ,now I have 2 payments on my account and they take 3 week to reimburse the money back
