NONNA PIZZERIA

I am a Nonna Pizzeria customer for many years from when it was Nonna Maria, I had never seen such bad attention, last night we went to dinner, Yaimi attended us when she approached us not even hello just are you ready to order ? we were very hungry that we decided to stay. During the whole dinner she did not come to ask us if we needed anything, i was thirsty but I did not want to ask her for water, I just wanted to finish eating and leave, when they brought the bill the tip was already included. I realized that's why they treat the customers that way, what a pity I do not think we will return. Soy clienta de Nonna Pizzeria por muchos años de cuando era Nonna Maria, nunca había visto tan mala atención, anoche fuimos a cenar, Yaimi nos atendió cuando se acercó a nosotras ni un buenas noches solo están listas para ordenar, teníamos mucha hambre que decidimos quedarnos, durante toda la cena no se acercó a preguntarnos si necesitabamos algo, tenía sed pero no quise pedirle agua, solo queria terminar de comer e irme, cuando trajeron la cuenta la propina ya estaba incluida me di cuenta que por esa razón tratan asi a los clientes, que pena no creo vamos a regresar.

We ordered a pizza at 7pm for delivery and it was supposed to arrive at 8. WeCalled back at 8:30 call back They said it was on the way we called the ground at nine and they told us that we was ready to deliver and if we wanted it faster We could go and pick it up
