Do not use this poorly run outfit. The measurements on the survey of my back property line of my house were off by 5 feet on each corner. When I asked them to come out and check the measurements again, they wanted me to pay $395.00 for an upgrade. An architect, pool contractor and myself all measured as well and find Nova to be incorrect. I said if I am wrong I would pay, but would not pay if they were wrong. After a week of phone calls, in which they never called back. I did all the calling, I got frustrated on their lack of professionalism and commitment to quality work. Do not use this company!
