When I saw all the five star reviews, I felt good about the decision to go with this law firm. That wasn't the experience that I received. They wouldn't update me about the case, I had to continuously reach out to them to just to get an update on my case and sometimes wouldn't even hear back. Once mediation was over, I heard nothing from them. Once again, I had to keep reaching out, just to be told by an Admin a certain number, then they finally call me back just to say that I was misquoted the right amount, and I would receive 60 percent less than what was told. If I had to choose to go with this law firm or recommend them to a friend? I would not. But this is only my experience.

My experience with Lower Case was great from the start. Justin and Jose felt more like family with the way they showed care more than the typical lawyer. They provided an amazing service in helping my girlfriend and I secure a settlement to compensate for damages. They were so good that I recommended my mom use their services for a terrible accident she was involved in. The care they have shown my mom exceeded my expectations and they always put her well being at the forefront. I have nothing but good things to say about Lower Case Law Firm, my experience was stellar.

I am so grateful for Justin, Mariana and staff for helping me through a horribly difficult time. I have never sued anyone before and I was terrified and clueless. Thank God I chose wisely. They were honest about everything even down to the date I got the check. They take a lot less than other attorneys and worked so hard to make sure that I really felt better.
