Evergreen Sprinkler Systems

The service from Evergreen was excellent. First the have a very nice person who actually answers the phone when you call to make an appointment. The service repair men are professional and explain what they are doing. I was very satisfied with the service and repairs of my system.

I have nothing but great things to say. From when I first called on the phone to make an appointment to when they showed up to do the repairs it was outstanding and professional customer service the whole way. I was given an estimate over the phone, and the actual repairs came out to within budget. Ive had others work on the sprinklers and its still broken afterwards. They came took their time and meticulously worked through the whole system fixing the kinks and now it runs like new. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

When a business thinks they are doing YOU a favor to do work they should NOT be in business. I just called this afternoon to get an estimate on getting my sprinkler system fixed. The lady on the phone gave the WORST customer service ever. She told me in a very condescending tone that they dont give estimates they go to the house and start inspecting and looking for leaks. They change $105/hr and it can last one hour or the whole day. Why in the world would anyone hire these clowns? Save your time and energy and STAY AWAY.

I made my first phone call to this place to get someone to check out my job irrigation system and give us a quote. I addressed that the system was malfunctioning but couldn't find out the exact issue since that should be their job, right? So this lady screams AT THE TOP of her lungs: "I JUST NEED YOUR NAME, TELEPHONE, YOUR BOSS'S NAME AND NUMBER, LOCATION ITS NOT THAT COMPLICATED" this place is SUPER RUDE who treats their clients like that?!?!?!
