        I have been trying to reach the pertinent parties that are charged with handling my claim but I have not spoke to 1 person yet. They have been doing this for almost a year. They don't return phone calls. They sign you up and abandon you !

        Terrible customer service and very sketchy business. This company was only interested in filling astronomical claims with the insurance company. They did not follow up one has to be on top of them. They will refer businesses to work with that are all part of their same family. Very sketchy because then they can bill insurance companies for astronomical amounts. You never get the principals to follow up with you. So your claims can be out there in limbo for a very long time without any accountability.
