Worst experience I’ve ever had. I am a young woman who lives alone with my dogs. unfortunately due to my own disorganization I realized I had left my keys on my kitchen table. After arriving home from 11 hours at work I called the locksmith. He arrived took him almost 45 minutes to get into the door. The walls have been scratched due to the pole he used to get in. I then went out and try to get back into my door using my key and the door would not open.What was also frightening is he took my old house keys with the fob to my building. When I called him about it he didn’t say anything wrong with taking my keys. To say I was frightened is putting it lightly! He then had to come back and give me a brand new lock with a new set of keys all the hassle which I did not need. Yes it was nice of the gentleman to change my lock for free but that is not what I wanted. You shouldn’t have damaged my lock in the first place and you really should’ve refunded me for taking 45 minutes to open my door and damaging the paint on my walls. Super tiered and not so impressed with my experience. :-(
