An inspiring institution indeed. If you have a curiosity, an instinct to excel, desire to get to know yourself better, a wondering mind who demands answers an explanations about your personality and society's behavior... this place would help you channeling your thoughts for the better by looking inside yourself first. All answers to our lives' dilemmas are inside us. It has been a growing/developing experience at New Acropolis from day 1; I'm glad I found it and I strongly recommend it. Among the topics covered in our classes so far : Bhagavad Gita, Madame Blavatsky, Karma, characteristics and religious history of Tibet, the anatomy of courage, Buddha, the 4 noble truths/the noble eight-fold path, The Dhammapada, Tratak yoga, how to apply 'teachings' into our daily lives and why is it so hard to do so ,.. and that's just 2 months of weekly classes. It is a very interesting experience to share notes and points of view with your classmates. Doing so allows you to expand your perspectives and to exalt opinions that otherwise would had escaped your attention. The staff is kind hearted and knowledgeable. They do their job out of love since is all volunteer work. This non-profit organization is an eye-opener, a tool for growth and development of consciousness. Have a nice day you all..
