What to say about OneBlood Donation Center at Clermont? This is a good location to donate because it's tucked in at the end of the plaza and surrounded by other restaurants, so you can do eats somewhere right after or making into date. You can also walk around and see stuff around you if you don't feel like driving. I made an appointment and they took me in even though I was late. I called to notify this and when I arrived they had no idea who I talked to. Still, they let me explain and found out the number I was given to call via the text message confirmation was to the headquarters instead of this location. The rest went by smoothly and I made another appointment to donate again at this same location. Good job!

I’ve been donating here for years, always a friendly place, BUT they don’t have cranberry juice anymore.

Super clean and overall a fine experience. U was disappointed that my pulse was "too low" to donate but not worrisome enough to warrant a doctor call ... but policy says they can't recheck that but when my wife was in they could recheck her iron when that was too low. It just seems inconsistent.

I've been a blood donor for more than 20 years and have only had issue at this location. This was the 3rd time I've had a bad experience. -Gloved hands touching everything one time. -The needle fell out of my daughter's arm one time since it wasn't taped down, blood dripping to the floor, machine beeping, and no one even noticed until we called them to get their attention. -Three people digging for my vein with no one able to hit it resulting in a massive bruise. - Tried again and digging for my vein happened again. Lots of pain and I'm sure bruising will be there. (And no, it's not my veins. No issues with bloodwork or donating anywhere else.) I'll leave the rest of the details out, but there are some things that need to be addressed here for sure. EDIT: I see the follow up message below. I did call customer care before I even posted my review and no one has returned my call or reached out to me in the last 6 days.
