We were a group of five ladies that stopped by for happy hour on a Thursday. Service was going great until about 5:30pm. What I would assume was the manager approached us letting us know the house wine was no longer available since it was ladies night the night before and all was consumed with the exception of the three bottles we just ordered. She became super aggressive & arrogant when we told her it was barely 5:30 and the least she can do was honor the HH price. At that point we just ordered the bill to leave. She later came back with a much better demeanor and offer a free bottle of wine on her. She did try at that point but it was too late. We were the only ones in the place and we were consuming food and drinks. Has her attitude been different we would have stayed much longer. Needless to say we paid and went elsewhere. I would definitely steer clear of this but place. Wanted to love it since theres no wine bars in Kendall. What a shame but that attitude was definitely a turnoff
