Great morning First and foremost it does not take a bad experience to come and eat in Pinecrest. The gentleman server with a bald head was very arrogant. My daughter is a waitress and hostess and can school him in how to sell your bottom line. Observation: Menu was not invigorating. When you sell Sake by measurement 350ml pricing give more meaning why they are speacial in flavors or unique. $50 to $80 dollar bottle. I never tasted these different flavors. If you are confident sell your brand. All I got was that it was citrus that was it. Kids menu chicken nuggets thrown with fries do better by adding fruits to decor the plate sliced oranges. Lomo saltado- I cook way better then the chef. $30 way over priced not because of the money but the server failed to see if my husbands plate came in. The runners were more involved then the server. The meat came back raw. My husband ask the server is this how they serve lomo saltado he said yes its sauted I blew my lid. So disappointed we took it home. I told my husband let me take a bite to see and my mouth was in disbelief no accountability when things go wrong for sure. They gave him the same egg that he took a bite from. Lol Next I asked about the appetizer to provide me with something popular he was trying to push me to buy ceviche I told him twice that I was allergic and could not have raw fish. This is my new favorite Peruvian restaurant in Miami. My husband and I just had an unforgivable lunch date. Excellent service, delicious ceviche, hamachi tiradito, and the best chicha morada Ive ever tasted

We had takeout of pork belly and pulpo. The pork belly was very overcooked and dried out. The octopus was also very overcooked. The seasonings on the rice and the beans left an unpleasant taste. we do not recommend this restaurant.
