Keith was a gentleman and professional. Dedicated and resourceful while accepting our donations. I look forward to continuing to assist w/the goals of the organization. God bless them and the wonderful work they do for the City of Miami.

They picked up an Ethan Allen sofa bed in like new condition and left a sofa cushion in the driveway so now useless to them. They tried to take a chest of drawers they were not to take, breaking drawer contents in the process. The driver and his aide were rude and careless. I not only wouldnt donate furniture to them again, I will no longer be supporting this group.

I visited the store a few weeks ago and. some of the staff members were very hostile.I picked up a cushion from the furniture department and was heading towards the houseware department for pricing. A slim tall employee told me that I could not take the cushion from the department. I told him that I was interested in purchasing it and that I needed the price. He aggressively told me to give him the cushion.I did not hesitate. Immediately, he called the security who asked me to leave the store. I then asked him what did I do to warrant his order. He said to me that he was not answering any of my questions. I repeated the question again and gor a second time he asked me to teave immediately. I ignored his order and proceeded to pay for two other items which I had. I was not the only customer who was treated in such manner. I will never make any donations to this place again.
