DECEPTIVE- Business practices
LATE DELIVERY- missed delivery date with no notice or calls. Ended up 3 days late
NO COMMUNICATION- After numerous attempts to contact the business by text, phone & voicemail there was Absolutely NO response for days.
FLAT OUT LIES - The trucking company tried to blame the broker. The broker quickly provided paperwork on American Eagle’s official letter head showing dates.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Very abusive, can you imagine a company telling a customer to
“FUCK OFF WE GOT PAID “
