It is beyond painful for these people to be helpful. Any customer 'service' is nonexistent. Trucks are old, dirty, rundown and dangerous to drive. Nobody should be going to this location unless you want to be treated like garbage and run the risk of getting a truck that will be your coffin.

Short lady AKA manager running around and holding us for 30 minutes to tell us no tracks available, meanwhile 3 tracks parked, she should said something from first place not wasting my time. So unprofessional and useless

Waste of time. I had told I was able to return in Miami/Dade instead of bringing back to Fort Lauderdale. Next i was charged again double and the workers at the this location didn't even have the Professionalism too inform the other store that I had returned it in early and was amost charged for a third time. Came out tl be ths most expensive local Uhaul Truck Rental I have ever experienced.
