Basically, you get what you pay for. A lot of merch was stolen from our customers shipments they would deliver half empty pallets. Id schedule a pickup and they would show up 3 days later. Honestly just the worst experience Ive ever had with a freight company.

I was told I would receive my shipment on 10/22/21 but then received a call saying that the truck broke down, and wouldnt get to the warehouse, till 10/22/21 so my shipment wouldnt get to me till the next week (10/25/21) I called the warehouse to see what the eta of my shipment was and they had the driver call me. He was very rude, he said he would be at my house in 40 mins, but didnt show up till hours after. If you arent home when they get here, they will use their lift gate to lower your shipment and then call you with an invoice, if you dont pay, they will take it back and hold your shipment or send it back to the shipper. Anyone stuck with this company knows that its going to be a big item and whoever you send it back to, will charge for re stocking. Horrible experience and Ill never be using Fitment Industries again if it means Roadrunner will be handling my shipment.

I was contacted by this company to receive a furniture delivery I had ordered from Overstock website and the date of the appointment I made sure someone was home all day to wait for the shipment and they never showed up. When I reached out to them they advised that the driver truck broke down and they were never informed . I think this is very irresponsible from a shipping company.
