They were extremely rude to me throughout the process. They took longer than 3 months to provide my photos (violation of contract?) and were overtly irritable when I dared ask about the delay. I asked about a sneak preview photo for thank you cards and they seemed annoyed at the mere question. To this day, I am the only bride I know that did not receive a sneak preview from their photography company. In the end, photos taken by guests on their phones look superior. They send me a huge zip file of unedited photos. The other reviewer who mentioned bad reviews being disputed is correct. My friend who also had a terrible experience had her review removed somehow, despite being a real paying customer with a real experience. I urge the owner to spend less time burying bad reviews and use that time to improve the quality of the service you provide. This review should not be removed as it reflects. Very real experience that occurred and a very accurate description of events.

Even with light rain during the ceremony and dancing in dim light, the photos came out crisp!

We used Dana Lynn Photography for our engagement session. The team was very responsive to my emails and many questions. The photographer who worked with us was kind, helpful, and great to work with on the day of the shoot. I do wish we could have communicated with her individually beforehand, but it worked out! Also, keep in mind that the photographer was not the one who edited the photos (at least that was our experience).

Dana lynn photography and videography was fantastic to work with. Zaheya was extremely responsive and worked out our day of timeline flawlessly. Our shooters day of were quick and decisive which helped significantly when being pulled in a million directions! Would highly recommend and cannot wait to see the final results!!
